Mr. Lee has been our non-executive director since our inception. Mr. Lee has been the Chief Commercial Officer of WIS Holdings Pte. Ltd., a commercial marketing firm, since July 2015, where he is responsible for commercial strategy planning, as well as provision of technology advice. Mr. Lee is a shareholder of Mains d’Or, our Controlling Shareholder. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University in 1997. We believe that Mr. Lee’s extensive experience in commercial strategy planning makes him a valuable addition to our Board.
